Welcome to FLOHOM 11, a coastal floating tiny home designed for two, docked at the Virginia Beach Fishing Center on historic Rudee Inlet. The beach is a short walk away. The boardwalk is just beyond that. And in the morning, before any of it wakes up, you're already on the water with coffee, salt air, and the first light crossing the inlet.

The interior is compact and coastal. A sunlit living area with a sofa, Sonos speaker, and 40" smart TV. A Nespresso kitchen with complimentary coffee and welcome amenities. The bedroom holds a queen Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, kimono robes, and a sound machine for sleeping to the rhythm of the water.

Upstairs, the rooftop is your private perch above the marina. A fire pit table, a five-seat sectional, two lounge chairs with an umbrella for shade, and wool blankets for cooler evenings. The view stretches across the inlet, the fishing center, and out toward the open water. It's the kind of morning that makes the name make sense.

Rudee Inlet is the hub for fishing charters, dolphin-watching tours, jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, and surfing. The Virginia Beach Boardwalk and its strip of restaurants, bars, and entertainment are a short stroll. Your stay includes complimentary parking.
