The interior pairs warm wood tones with industrial edges. A sun-drenched living area with panoramic harbor views flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, four-seat island, Nespresso maker, and complimentary welcome amenities. The bedroom features a king Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, a workstation, a 50" smart TV, and a handheld steamer. A half-bathroom is also onboard, making mornings easier when traveling with a group.

The rooftop is where Fells Point reveals itself. An eight-seat dining table, a fire pit, a five-seat sectional, two lounge chairs with an umbrella, and wool blankets. The view wraps 360° around you: the harbor, the marina, the Fells Point waterfront, and the city beyond. Captain James Restaurant and Waterfront Crabhouse sits right next to the marina, so the smell of steamed crabs and Old Bay will occasionally drift up to the rooftop. That's not a warning.
