Welcome to FLOHOM 14, a coastal-inspired luxury houseboat designed for two, docked at Patapsco Marina on the Chesapeake Bay in Pasadena, Maryland. Named Soteria, from the Greek word for deliverance, this is the place you come to when you need the water to do what the city can't. The bay is wide, the marina is quiet, and the pace is entirely yours.

The interior is bright, airy, and designed for calm. A sunlit living area with a sofa, side chair, Sonos speaker, and 50" smart TV. A compact kitchen with a gas stove, Nespresso maker, and complimentary welcome amenities. The bedroom features a queen Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, kimono robes, and a 40" smart TV. A dedicated workspace with Starlink WiFi makes this a genuine option for remote work with a view that resets your focus every time you look up.

The rooftop is your private deck on the bay. A fire pit table, a four-seat dining area, lounge chairs, a four-seat sectional, and wool blankets. The view stretches across the Chesapeake in every direction. Sunrises come in slow over the water. Sunsets go out even slower.

Patapsco Marina offers seasonal pool access (Memorial Day through Labor Day), shared beach access to the bay, picnic areas with grilling stations, and a fully equipped bathhouse. Fishing charters on the Chesapeake are easily arranged. Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C. are all within driving distance for day trips. Your stay includes complimentary parking for two vehicles.
