Manhattan Skyline Becomes Your View. FLOHOM 16 | Isaac's Way ✨
There are views, and then there is this one.
FLOHOM 16 | Isaac's Way is a luxury houseboat docked at Liberty Landing Marina in Jersey City, the first of its kind in the New York metro market and the FLOHOM fleet's flagship NYC-area property.
Designed for up to four guests, Isaac's Way is anchored directly across the Hudson from Lower Manhattan. One World Trade rises from the water in front of you. The Statue of Liberty stands a few minutes south. Sunrise behind the city, afternoon glitter on the water, blue hour when One World turns silver and the windows of Manhattan begin to flicker on. Each one earns its own moment.
The full rooftop deck is where the stay lives. An unobstructed, front-row vantage of one of the most photographed skylines in the world, in every direction. Inside, a refined metropolitan interior matched to the location, four guests, a king bed, and a design identity built to make the view the protagonist.
Outside the suite, Liberty Landing is its own destination. The NYC Waterway ferry runs to Lower Manhattan in under ten minutes. Liberty State Park is at your doorstep. The Statue of Liberty ferry, the PATH train, Hoboken's waterfront, and Liberty Landing's restaurants and marina amenities are all within walking distance.
Whether you're here for an anniversary, a city escape, a creative reset, or the night you've been promising someone for years, Isaac's Way was built to make it the one they remember.
This is not a hotel room. It is not a vacation rental. It is something else entirely.
Welcome aboard. The skyline is waiting.

FLOHOM properties offer a gentle, natural sway in harmony with the water's movement. Most guests find it adds to the experience. If you are sensitive to motion, we recommend Dramamine or a Relief Band for added comfort. In rare cases of strong wind advisories, we will reach out proactively to ensure your safety and comfort.
