When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities which include luxurious pools, white sandy beaches, a 5-star spa, a gym, and valet service.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in Miami Beach. You will be a quick drive away from the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

CHECK-IN POLICY
• Complimentary check-in: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Check-in 7:00 PM–9:00 PM: $75 + tax fee (must be paid before arrival)
• No check-ins after 9:00 PM
• Late arrivals due to flights, traffic, weather, or other delays are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exceptions
• By booking, guests agree to these check-in terms.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is
not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We will require your signature on the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
