Fontainebleau 802 is a bright ocean-view studio designed for effortless beachfront living. With approximately 544 square feet of thoughtfully arranged space and a northeastern exposure, the residence captures soft morning light and sweeping views of the Atlantic from its private balcony.
The interior includes a king bed and a full-size sofa bed, offering flexibility for couples, small families, or extended stays. A well-appointed bathroom is stocked with quality hotel-style amenities, while the kitchenette provides the essentials for light meals and morning coffee. The living area is comfortable and functional, supported by cable television and high-speed wireless internet for both relaxation and productivity.
During your stay, you may enjoy access to the property’s celebrated amenities, including expansive resort pools, direct beach access with white sand shoreline, a full-service spa, fitness center, and valet service available at the prevailing hotel rate.
A private concierge team is available to assist with arrivals and coordinate personalized arrangements such as grocery delivery, private chefs, yacht charters, dining reservations, and curated Miami experiences.
The residence is centrally located in Miami Beach, just a short drive from Lincoln Road, acclaimed restaurants, shopping destinations, and nightlife. Transportation options include rideshare services, taxi, biking, and public transit.
For stays of six nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required every six days. Housekeeping and the mandatory final cleaning are arranged directly through the hotel and billed separately. Pets are not permitted in this residence. This is a privately owned unit and is not operated by the hotel brand. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be a quick drive away from the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

• Late arrivals due to flights, traffic, weather, or other delays are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exceptions

• This is a privately-owned condominium unit located in the Sorrento Condominium. This unit is not operated or managed by the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel. Guests of this residence are subject to all Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel rules and regulations and Sorrento Condominium rules and regulations.
• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• No pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
