With approximately 516 square feet of interior space and an eastern exposure, the balcony captures morning sun and open water vistas that define the Miami Beach coastline.

The layout includes a combined living and sleeping area, a dedicated desk/workspace, and a convenient kitchenette for light meals and daily essentials. The bathroom is stocked with quality hotel-style amenities, while an HD television, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet provide seamless connectivity throughout your stay.

Guests may enjoy access to the property’s celebrated amenities, including expansive resort pools, direct access to the white sand beach, a full-service spa, fitness center, and valet parking available at the prevailing hotel rate.

A private concierge team is available to assist with arrivals and customized arrangements, whether coordinating grocery delivery, private chefs, yacht charters, dining reservations, or curated local experiences.

Housekeeping services and the mandatory final cleaning are arranged directly through the hotel and billed separately. Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees. This residence is privately owned and not operated by the hotel brand. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities which include luxurious pools, a white sandy beach, a 5-star spa, a gym, and valet service.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in Miami Beach. You will be a quick drive away from the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

CHECK-IN POLICY:
• Complimentary check-in: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Check-in 7:00 PM–9:00 PM: $75 + tax fee (must be paid before arrival)
• No check-ins after 9:00 PM
• Late arrivals due to flights, traffic, weather, or other delays are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exceptions
• By booking, guests agree to these check-in terms.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
