A fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, making the residence well suited for longer stays. The bathroom is stocked with premium hotel-style amenities, and HD televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet ensure a comfortable and connected experience throughout.

During your stay, you may take advantage of the property’s renowned amenities, including expansive resort pools, direct beach access, a full-service spa, fitness center, and valet service available at the prevailing hotel rate.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be a quick drive away from the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

CHECK-IN POLICY:
• Complimentary check-in: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Check-in 7:00 PM–9:00 PM: $75 + tax fee (must be paid before arrival)
• No check-ins after 9:00 PM
• Late arrivals due to flights, traffic, weather, or other delays are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exceptions
• By booking, guests agree to these check-in terms.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
