We had a great stay before we hopped on a cruise with our kids. We only had one issue - we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t quite ready since it’s a newer place. We heard it would be ready in days after our stay the building was just waiting for permits with the city. The listing was a little confusing about the pool situation but hopefully that’s resolved now so future guests can enjoy.

The experience was mixed and, frankly, below what the listing suggests. The advertised capacity of up to 5 guests is quite unrealistic. We were two adults on a work trip and it already felt tight: one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, which also needs to be folded away every day. The dining setup is very small (realistically suitable for no more than two people), which limits the functionality of the space. The apartment is new and visually appealing, but the equipment is quite basic. There were no supplies that are generally considered standard nowadays (trash bags, coffee, salt, pepper, etc.), which affects overall comfort. The building is modern and the common areas that are available are of very high quality —especially the workspace and upper-floor social areas. However, a key issue: during our stay, both the gym and the pool were not available. In a property of this type, in this location, and at this price point, this is not a minor detail.
