Very comfortable, clean, modern, very large townhome that seemed essentially brand new. Pictures are completely accurate - sleeps so many people, full kitchen, dining, and two living rooms. Each bathroom has its own bathroom, plus a half bath. TV in every room, laundry, wifi, free parking. Full patio and plunge pool, with bathroom accessible to the pool. Good storage space for clothes and food items. (Pool for the resort, too, but did not utilize it.) So spacious and comfortable that tourists or short term visitors can feel comfortable just hanging in the townhouse for the day. Easy check-in and check-out; prompt, helpful communication. Immediately responsive to our questions. Location is in a gated community super close to Disney properties and all of the off-property restaurants, stores, and other attractions south of Disney. Great for a full Orlando vacation or even a weekend stay. Would heartily recommend for families and groups!

Maria was an excellent host. She was very responsive. The house was clean. The community area is just a regular pool nothing crazy. Would have liked a few more pots but other than that I had a great stay.
