Three floors of space mean this house never feels like one room stretched too thin. Friends can scatter into the game room, the kitchen, or out back, and still find each other again at night. The open kitchen looks straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking still catches the conversation, and the dining table seats the group for breakfast before a big day out.
