Each bedroom is a peaceful haven furnished with high-end mattresses, wall-mounted flat-screen smart TVs, dreamy walk-in closets, and black-out curtains to help you get the perfect night’s sleep. You can stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV from your comfy situation, although you are more likely to fall fast asleep in the luxury beds with plush sheets and pillows. Two bedrooms also boast access to balconies with comfortable seating areas.

• The estate is located in a quiet neighborhood. All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 PM. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at an appropriate level. We can’t have complaints about loud music, guests, or people hanging out in the street.
