A dining area makes mealtimes easy and social, while thoughtful touches like central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, fresh linens, towels, and bath essentials help every stay feel effortless. The property borders the protected Rough Creek Watershed, an 870-acre natural area with more than 10 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Guests can explore forested paths, scenic ridgelines, streams, historic rock walls, heirloom apple orchards, and habitats for rare plants and wildlife. • For guest safety and property security, there are exterior security cameras located on the corners of the wraparound porch. Camera locations include one at the side door entry, one at the front door entry, and one on the back corner overlooking the backyard. Cameras are outward-facing only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

• There is room for 3 vehicles in the driveway and parking area. Please do not park in the road.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pet Policy
Dog-friendly home! Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Military Discount

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:

• A clear photo of a government-issued ID
• A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
• A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
