You’ll have 2 unassigned parking spots in the community lot. Parking passes must be displayed at all times, and there is a $50 replacement fee for missing passes. Parking is not permitted for RVs, trailers, boats, or other recreational/commercial vehicles.

  • Access to Incline Village Rec Center (guest fees apply) gym, classes, sauna, indoor pool
  • Private Incline beaches require guest punch cards purchased in advance (limited availability, ask before booking)
  • Parking passes must be displayed; missing passes incur a $50 fee
  • No parking for RVs, boats, trailers, etc.
  • Ski locker available for gear storage
  • HOA rules must be followed
  • Incline is at high elevation, stay hydrated!
  • A signed rental agreement is required after booking and prior to check-in.

This is a really nice Airbnb; freshly renovated, very close to nice restaurants, lake, and Diamond peak ski resort. Kitchen is also well stocked, we would definitely come back again.

Andrea and Luke were amazing! Check-in was a breeze, and the instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Their home is gorgeous and so welcoming - I felt like I was home. Beautiful bedrooms and pristine bathrooms - so spacious too! Everything was spotless, and you can tell Andrea and Luke put so much care into the details—from the soft linens to the thoughtful touches throughout the house. Honestly, it is the best place I have stayed at and the location is perfect too! So close to the lake and to the grocery store and restaurants. I love how Andrea and Luke constantly checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and also if we had any questions. They were so responsive and so friendly too! Would definitely book with them again next time I visit Tahoe. Thank you so much again for hosting us and making our stay truly unforgettable. Your hospitality made all the difference — can’t wait to come back!

My family and I felt right at home at Andrea and Luke’s place in Incline Village! We were visiting the area for a family graduation and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo is beautifully renovated, gorgeously designed, and well-appointed; we had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Every last touch was perfect. The beds were ultra comfortable; bathrooms were chic and very clean; and the KITCHEN … stunning! We loved having the separate bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor and a powder room and laundry area upstairs. Our toddler slept so well in her own room down the hall from us. We greatly appreciated the kids’ toys, pack and play, and other items. The condo was super close to grocery stores, local restaurants, beaches, and main roads. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and provided helpful information about the check in experience and local private beaches. We will absolutely be staying again at Andrea and Luke’s place!
