This is not a cabin with a hot tub. This is a 3,970 square foot, three-level home built on the golf course at Elkhorn Ridge in Spearfish, designed and furnished to a standard you don't usually find in a vacation rental. Two-story ceilings, a floating wood-and-steel staircase, a linear gas fireplace set in a stone accent wall, black-framed windows looking out over the fairway, and a kitchen island that stops people mid-sentence. If you're traveling with a group and you want everyone under one roof without compromising on quality, this is the place.
Main Level
The main floor is the center of the home. The open-concept living area has soaring two-story ceilings, a large sectional sofa, a wall-mounted TV above the gas fireplace, and golf course views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen features a dramatic black and gold marble island with bar seating for four, dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a mosaic tile backsplash.
The primary suite is on this level. It has a king bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in marble tile shower, and a private sauna. A half bath is also on the main floor.
Beautiful trex deck overlooking the fairway.
Upper Level
Upstairs has two bedrooms, an arcade room, a second living area, and a balcony deck. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a queen bed. Both have their own TVs. The arcade room has three full-size Arcade1Up cabinets: Golden Tee 3D Golf, Mortal Kombat II, and a Midway Classic with Rampage, Gauntlet, Joust, and Defender. The second living room gives the group a place to spread out so not everyone has to agree on what to watch.
Lower Level
The basement has two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The first is a second master with a queen bed and its own en suite bathroom. The second is the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a trundle, sleeping five kids or young adults. A full bathroom is directly across the hall and serves the bunk room and the lower living area.
The Outdoors
The hot tub sits outside the walkout basement with views across the Elkhorn Ridge golf course. The property backs directly onto the course, so the backyard is wide open green space. The three-car garage has room for vehicles and gear.
