Pool heat is by request only
90 degrees maximum heat temperature
$150/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.
Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

The property is pet-friendly up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet per stay.

Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

Please note: The home is located on a cove with shallow water. While it may not be ideal for swimming for some guests, it's great for light water activities like kayaking or paddle boarding.

We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.

Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deer, bears, snakes, geese, etc. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.

We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:
