The Living SpacesThe chalet is arranged across three levels, allowing groups to gather comfortably while still offering space for privacy and quiet time.
The main living area features comfortable seating, forest views, a fireplace, smart television, and direct access to outdoor deck space beneath the pines.
Additional gathering areas throughout the home provide room for conversation, games, movie nights, or separate spaces for adults and children during extended stays.

Important InformationThis property is fully licensed and compliant with local regulations. Standard reservations are designed for a maximum of 14 adult overnight guests, consistent with City of Prescott regulations. Children under 13 years old are not counted toward this limit. Multi-generational family groups traveling with children may be considered on a case-by-case basis when consistent with local occupancy requirements, parking limitations, sleeping arrangements, and responsible property use expectations. All guest counts and age composition must be accurately disclosed prior to booking.
Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, garage area, and portions of the exterior perimeter for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home, in bathrooms, or in sleeping areas.
