Enjoy one of the best golf course views on Seabrook Island from this two bedroom, second floor townhouse! This townhome has been completely renovated with engineered hardwood flooring, smooth ceilings, and recessed lighting. The living room has a vaulted ceilings bringing in a ton of natural light. The kitchen has high end cabinetry, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tile backsplash. The first floor has a full bath that has been updated with a tiled shower/bath and pedestal sink. This full bath also acts as a powder room for your guests. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has built in- headboard and sconces as well as two added closets on either side. The master bath has a fabulous, large ceramic tiled shower with quartz bench and custom glass wall and door. The vanity has quartz countertops as well! The guest bedroom is light filled and also has a closet for the laundry and extra storage.
High Hammock Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity access is included (additional fees for use of the facilities such as dining cost, indoor pool access fee, classes, tee times, etc.)).
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Gate Pass Access and Parking: Off-street parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 2, $50 fee per gate pass for your stay. LSVs/golf carts are not allowed to park at the property due to the safety/tripping hazard of cords across the parking areas.
