The fire pit is equipped with a propane tank; however, if you find it running low or empty during your stay, you are welcome to get it refilled at any local supplier — simply share the receipt with us through the platform and we will reimburse you promptly. Alternatively, feel free to send us a message and we will arrange a refill for you.

Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for guests with:

• No reviews
• Negative reviews
• Unverified profiles
• Deposit is collected through Airbnb
• Fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items

🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 2, under 50 lbs):

• Pet Fee per pet per stay
• Please keep pets off furniture and beds
• Crating required if left unattended
• Guests are responsible for cleanliness indoors & outdoors

• Open May/June–September/October (heated)
• Professionally maintained weekly
• No lifeguard on duty – use at your own risk
• Do not close the pool cover
• Do not adjust or operate the pool heating control panel

• Report any cleaning concerns within 2 hours of arrival
