Some homes fit in. Others stand out. Well, this one does both. Just steps from the Gulf and Rosemary Beach’s beloved Eastern Green, this artist-designed retreat is more than a stay. It’s an experience… and calling it ‘breathtaking’ barely does it justice.

Highlights:
📍 Rosemary Beach, across from Eastern Green!
🏠 Carriage house!
👙 Private, heated, rooftop pool
👣 Steps to private beach access!
🕶️ Rooftop gulf view
🚲 4 Bikes!
🥂 Private courtyard with outdoor seating
🍤 Dining for 11
🛍️ Boutiques, shops, fun eateries
🦞 5-star dining

That rooftop! A private, heated pool with panoramic views, where sunrise coffee and sunset swims become second nature. And just beyond? Private beach access! Consider yourself warned, because once you’re here, you won’t want to leave.

Step through the striking double doors into a lush, open-air courtyard—a hidden oasis perfect for slow mornings and candlelit dinners. The sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf are practically at your doorstep, making every beach day a breeze.

With four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a location within flip-flop range of Rosemary Beach’s Town Center, you’re never far from boutique shopping, top-tier dining, and the charm of cobblestone streets. Head one way for cocktails and live music, the other for sunset on the sand.

Soak in the views, sink into the luxury, and savor every effortless moment. At Gulf and Green, the warmth of hospitality awaits. Our dedicated team at Oversee 30A, a local company, is committed to ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional. Reach out to us anytime, seven days a week, with the added peace of a 24/7 emergency line.
