Hale Maluhia Lanikai — Private Pool, Three En-Suite Bedrooms

Hale Maluhia is a spacious three bedroom, three bath vacation home located just one house from world-famous Lanikai Beach on Oʻahu's Windward Coast, with beach access right across the street about a 2 minute walk to the sand. Featuring a private swimming pool, large tropical yard, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable island inspired furnishings, with a large open Lanai this home offers the perfect blend of convenience, privacy, and authentic Hawaiʻi charm.

The unique three suite layout is ideal for multi couple groups or extended families traveling together. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, giving everyone private sleeping and bathing quarters, while the home's single kitchen and living areas serve as a comfortable shared gathering space.

Comfort & connectivity: Two of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned; the third (featuring two twin beds) is not air-conditioned but, like every bedroom in the home, it's equipped with a ceiling fan. High speed WiFi is available throughout, and a dedicated desk and chair in one of the bedrooms offers a quiet workspace for remote work.

Beach days made easy: The home comes stocked with 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, and beach towels, so you can head across the street to the sand without packing extra gear.

Parking: One vehicle fits in the garage, with a second parking comfortably in parallel in front of the garage door. Limited additional street parking may be available beyond that.

Housekeeping: Mid stay housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know if you'd like it added to your stay.

What's included: Pool maintenance, landscaping, and general property upkeep are all handled on our end, so you can simply relax and enjoy the home.

Other things to note:

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash bags. It is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for the rest of their stay should you run out.

All TVs have Disney plus, Prime, Hulu and Max

**QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM - 8AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.

**High Chair can be provided for an additional fee - $10 per night

Pack n Play can be provided for an additional fee - $15 per night

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of 30 days from the Arrival Date. If your scheduled stay is for a period of less than 30 days, you may extend your stay by paying for each additional day that you occupy the property at the same daily rate per night, payable in advance of your arrival. If you do not wish to extend your scheduled stay and vacate the Property before the end of the 30 day period, the Property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
