Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to Hamilton Place Bayside Building! This brand new building features four separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom units that can be booked together for your group. With eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, four kitchens, and four living rooms, the building accommodates up to 16 guests while giving everyone space and privacy.

Each unit blends warm wood finishes, crisp white details, and bold navy accents for a polished, lake-inspired feel. It’s an ideal setup for reunions, wedding groups, retreats, or families who want to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BUILDING LAYOUT ☆☆
The Bayside Building includes four separate two-story units. Each unit has its own private ground-floor entrance, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in-unit laundry.

Your reservation includes all four private units in the building. Please note that the units are next to each other but with separate individual entrances and no interior connecting doors.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The building offers eight bedrooms and sleeps up to 16 guests. Each unit has two bedrooms on the second floor:

🛏️ Bedroom 1: King bed
🛏️ Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Across all four units, your group will have four king beds and four queen beds. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and individual HVAC mini-split for personalized comfort.

Fresh linens are provided in each unit, along with a Pack ’n Play for families traveling with an infant. Please note that all bedrooms require the use of stairs.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The building includes eight full bathrooms—two within each unit:

🚿 First Floor: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower
🚿 Second Floor: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower

Each bathroom features a modern walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. Towels and essential toiletries are provided in every unit.

☆☆ KITCHENS, DINING & LIVING ROOMS ☆☆
The open-concept first floor for each unit combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one bright and comfortable gathering space. Relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the Smart TV, or gather around the spacious kitchen counter for meals and conversation.

Every kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Each unit also has a high chair for younger guests.

Each unit has its own washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and mini-split climate control!

☆☆ SHARED OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
Hamilton Place guests have shared access to the backyard and pavilion. The outdoor area features two fireplaces, seating for up to 24 guests, and two gas grills. A shared bike rack is also available by the parking lot.

Please note: Hamilton Place includes four buildings, and the outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying elsewhere in the complex. Occasional noise from neighboring buildings and common outdoor areas may be heard during your stay.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Four designated parking spaces are provided in the private lot—one for each unit. Please park only in the assigned spaces to avoid the risk of towing.

☆☆ SECURITY ☆☆
Exterior security cameras monitor designated outdoor areas of the complex for safety and security. There are no cameras inside any of the units.

Please Note: For security and liability reasons, our address cannot be used for mail or package deliveries. Please utilize local Amazon lockers or postal services for your delivery needs.

Hamilton Place features 15 two-bedroom units across four buildings:

• Lakestone Building – 3 units
• Bayside Building – 4 units
• Dunecrest Building – 5 units

Depending on availability, groups can reserve multiple units within one building, combine two or more buildings, or book the entire Hamilton Place complex. Reserving all 15 units accommodates up to 60 guests—perfect for reunions, wedding groups, retreats, and other special gatherings! Contact us for assistance planning your group stay.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $1000 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

• Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

• Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

• Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
