Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Happy Trails,” a bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2n floor condo perfectly located near downtown Traverse City. With easy access to the TART Trail, this inviting retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay—ideal for families, couples, and small groups.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, rollaway twin, ensuite bath, and closet space. A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and children’s games are also provided.
Second Bedroom: King bed with access to the second full bath.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

The open-concept kitchen and living area are ideal for gathering. Cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, InstaPot, and coffee/tea station. The dining table seats six, and a high chair with kid-friendly dishes is included.
After meals, relax in the comfortable living room with plush seating, Smart TV, and a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. Step outside to the private balcony for fresh air and a quiet moment with your favorite book.

Free onsite parking in the open lot without designated parking spots. Can park 3 cars per building instructions. Guests also have access to the 4th-floor community room—a great space for working remotely, socializing or playing some games with a larger group. Secure indoor bike storage is available as well!

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
