The pool is not heated and is only open during the summer season.
Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.
We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.
Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.

Please note that there is currently construction underway on the property adjacent to our listing. While our space remains fully functional, comfortable, and clean, you may experience some audible construction noise during standard daytime working hours.
The community pool is owned owned and maintained by the POA/HOA in the complex and is not managed by Overnight Digs. We can reach out to the POA/HOA for any issue that you may encounter during your stay
