At the end of the hall, your private heated indoor pool sparkles under skylights — no shared schedule, no wristbands, no waiting your turn. It's secured behind an electronic keypad, a self-closing door, and a splash alarm, so the grownups can finish their coffee while the kids swim.

PARKING

Twelve free spaces sit right on the property, plus free street parking for extra vehicles or a trailer. The lot is flat and paved with no steep grades, so unloading is easy no matter what you're driving. There's no EV charger on-site — plan a charging stop nearby if arriving electric.

STARTER SUPPLIES

A starter supply of the following is supplied guests are responsible to bring what they will need for their entire stay.

Each bathroom has 1- shampoo, 1-conditioner and 1-bar of soap.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM, giving housekeeping time to reset the lodge between stays. Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. The property is pet-free and smoke-free, inside and out. The pool room's splash alarm must be switched back on after every swim — a quick habit that keeps everyone safe. Since you're near the National Park, black bears do pass through: lock vehicles at all times and keep trash in the provided bear-proof receptacles. Quiet hours protect the peaceful setting. A signed rental agreement and ID are required within 24 hours of booking; full cancellation terms are provided then.

Our cabin is maintained by a local pest control company however there are times during the year when you may find a couple ladybugs and other bugs in your cabin. They sneak in while loading and unloading of vehicles and when the doors open.

Cancellation Policy Guest Cancellation:

1. More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus reasonable processing fees.
2. 29-15 days before check-in: 50% refund of base rate.
3. Less than 14 days: No refund.
   Manager Cancellation: If Manager cancels due to unforeseen issues (e.g., property damage), Guest will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation. Management is not liable for any additional costs resulting from such cancelation (e.g., travel expenses).
   There will be no refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, inclement weather, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.
   There will be no refund issued due to steep roads or driveways.

This plan provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits, but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. Check-In/Check-Out Process

1. Check-In Process: Approximately (one) hour prior to Check-In Time, Guest will receive a key code for smart lock access via the E-mail Address or Phone Number listed for Guest.
2. Check-Out Process: Guest must vacate on or before Check-Out Time. Upon vacating Property, Guest agrees to properly secure the Property by ensuring that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Guest agrees to leave the Property in good condition. “Good condition” means, but is not limited to: all trash placed in outside trash receptacles; dirty dishes placed in dishwasher and dishwasher run; grill cleaned (if used) and cold ashes removed; all used towels placed inside showers/tubs; remove all perishable food; and log out of any streaming services utilized on any devices at the Property (Manager will not be responsible for charges made to any streaming accounts in the event you fail to log out). Guest will be responsible for any fees, costs, or damages that result from Guest’s failure to comply with this Check-Out Process including, but not limited to, a late check out fee of $50 per half hour past the 10am check out time, if Guest does not vacate on or before Check-Out Time.
   Guest booking our cabin agrees to complete and sign rental agreement, provide management with identification and requested information with in 24 hours of booking, failure to do so will forfeit guest's reservation and will be subject to above cancelation policy.
