Brand New Home! The space consist of a large living room, 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 large bathrooms. Primary check-in is through the use of a smart lock on the front door entrance. There is a laundry room that consist of a washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials for your stay include shampoo, conditioner, towels, hairdryer and more. The Master bathroom has a large shower to make your stay comfortable. The space has a full kitchen with essentials and amenities that include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, knives, common cutlery), and coffee maker. The bedrooms (Master and 3 Guest bedrooms) are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting from large windows in each room. The Master bedroom consists of a smart tv with streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube free of charge and ready for use! The living is very comfy as it includes beautiful entertainment center, smart tv for streaming your favorite apps and a super comfy sofa beds that can sleep up to 2 at night. Sleeping arrangements consist of 7 full beds and a sofa bed. The home being centrally located in Old East Dallas which puts you minutes away from Uptown, Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas.
