The Space
Designed to bring the outdoors in, the cabin features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding forest and the shimmering waters of Fontana Lake. The open living area is filled with natural light, creating a calm and relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the Smokies. Step outside to one of two private balconies to enjoy morning coffee among the treetops or watch the sun set over the lake.
A private hot tub provides the perfect place to relax under the stars while surrounded by the quiet of the mountains. Guests can also paddle the calm waters of the cove using the provided kayaks or gather by the lakeside fire pit for an evening by the water.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The cabin comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three cozy bedrooms.
The main level features a queen bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, two additional queen bedrooms are tucked among the treetops and accessed via a spiral staircase, sharing a second full bathroom. The layout provides privacy while keeping everyone connected within the home’s warm, open design.

Guest Comfort | Good to Know
Guests enjoy complete private access to the entire cabin. Self check-in allows for a simple and flexible arrival.
Access to the lake and dock is seasonal and depends on TVA water levels. Fontana Lake is typically at full pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day. During fall, winter, and early spring, water levels drop significantly and the dock may sit on dry ground.
The dock is reached via a scenic forest stairway with approximately 200 steps down the mountainside.
