• Standard occupancy is 6 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fees apply for guests beyond standard occupancy.
• Three bedrooms, open den, and three full bathrooms.
• Split air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the upstairs den only. The living room and dining room, do not have AC and are naturally cooled by ceiling fans and Kauai's trade winds.
• Private pool is unheated. Pool heat may be available by advance request for an additional daily fee.
• Garage is not available for vehicle parking. Parking is available in the driveway only.
• Mandatory mid-stay housekeeping is required for reservations of 10 nights or longer. Two cleanings are required for stays exceeding 21 nights. This is an additional fee that is separate from the departure clean fee that is paid at the time of the booking.
• Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler are provided for guest use.
• During Hawaii's winter months, seasonal gnats are a natural part of the tropical environment. Keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible helps minimize their presence.
