Welcome to Honky Tonk Party Pad – Dolly, brought to you by Music City Magnolia. Dolly is our luxury Midtown retreat — a 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury condo that sleeps 6 and lives like a boutique apartment, tucked into a quiet corner of West End near Centennial Park.
Step inside and you’ll find soft sage and cream tones, brass accents, and an open living-dining-kitchen great room finished with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully equipped — quartz island, full-size fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee bar with grinder and French press, and the everyday items you forget you need (cookware, sharp knives, sheet pan, mixing bowls). A dining table seats six.
The primary suite is anchored by a king bed and an en-suite bath with rain shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen plus its own dedicated bath with a deep tub. The living room couch unfolds into a king sleeper for the sixth guest. Every bed gets fresh, hotel-grade linens; bathrooms are stocked with spa robes, XL bath sheets, organic toiletries, and a ceramic hair dryer.
Dolly is part of a four-story condo building with full hotel-style amenities: a seasonal resort-style pool with sundeck (April–October), a 24-hour fitness center, free covered garage parking, secure keypad entry, and Tito’s Mexican restaurant on the ground floor. Dolly sits side-by-side with our sister condo Honky Tonk Party Pad – Johnny — book both together and you’ve got a 4-bedroom, 4-bath compound for groups of up to 12, perfect for bachelorette weekends, family reunions, and Music Row writing trips.
You’re 0.4 mi from Centennial Park and the Parthenon, 0.6 mi from Music Row’s recording studios, 0.7 mi from Vanderbilt, 1.2 mi from VUMC, and 1.7 mi (≈6-min rideshare) from Lower Broadway’s honky tonks. Nissan Stadium is 3.0 mi, BNA airport is 8 mi. The neighborhood itself is walkable — coffee, brunch, sushi, and bars are within a few blocks.
Whether you’re in town for a Vanderbilt event, a hospital stay, a writers’ round, or a friends’ weekend, Dolly is built for grown-up groups who want polish without losing the Nashville feel.
