Ideal Beach
Certainly you are planning your summer trip to Bear Lake to play in the water! The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won't have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach Resort! Ideal Beach Resort has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families!

Main Level
The kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and serve meals, an island with bar stools, and a large dining table. In the pantry, you have access to many kitchen appliances including a double air fryer, Instant Pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. Come prepared to make and enjoy meals with your loved ones; there are plenty of supplies to do so!

During the warmer months, the outdoor tables offer seating to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. The living room has large windows spanning the east side of the home to ensure constant lake views. The large deck is perfect for enjoying early morning sunrises or evening sunsets. The views are beautiful and new furniture has been added to make the deck a nice place to relax.

The upstairs master suite is large with plenty of natural light. In this room you can enjoy the king bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. Also on this level is a bathroom and a mud/laundry room that connects to the garage.

Downstairs
Your group will love the Bear Lake Monster theme in the basement! There are three comfortable couch that converts to beds with bedding available. A ping pong table is available for some friendly competition! Your group can watch movies, play around on the Settlers of Catan game board, challenge your friends to ping pong, or simply enjoy the lake views from the couch.

Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The golf-themed room also has an en-suite bathroom. The third basement bedroom is the bunk room! Three triple bunk beds make this room the perfect hang-out spot for the kids in the group. Kids can also play in the play space under the stairs. There are enough beds in the home for 17 people. The three couch beds account for the remainder of the 23-guest capacity.

Outdoors/Garage
Enjoy the sky swings under the deck as you watch the sunset! Relax in the private hot tub after a long day at the beach or on the slopes. Plenty of parking space for everyone's vehicles, trailers, ATVs, etc in the driveway. The home has been recently updated to include various exciting amenities including "Snookball" (outdoor billiards with soccer balls) mini golf, firepit, egg chairs, sky swings, kids boat picnic table, corn hole, frisbee golf, mini golf, tether ball, and a playground! (From Labor Day to Memorial day the only outdoor recreation guaranteed to still be out is the hot tub. All other activities might be put away to prevent unneeded wear and tear due to weather.)

In the garage, there are four sets of golf clubs available for use. 2 kayaks and a paddleboard with lifejackets are welcome to guests. Foosball and air hockey are also in the garage. Additionally, there is a wagon with beach toys. Because of the garage amenities, there is no parking available in there.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution. No camping, including RVs, allowed in this HOA.
