Gather beneath soaring cathedral ceilings, unwind beside the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and take in peaceful forest views through a dramatic two-story wall of glass. Downstairs, the full game room brings the fun with pool, shuffleboard, skee-ball, and arcade games. Outside, soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, relax in the hanging egg chairs, or cook dinner on the spacious deck with a Traeger wood-pellet smoker. There’s even a real cedar sauna for unwinding after a day of adventure. With a smart TV in every bedroom and space for 10 guests, this is the house that finally gets the group trip out of the chat and onto the calendar. 🌲

🏡 This 2022-built chalet sits back on a quiet wooded lot in the Poconos, where the only thing outside your windows is trees. 🌲

🔥 Walk in and the ceiling goes up two stories. Exposed beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and a wall of angled glass that pulls the forest right into the room. The great room seats all ten of you on one sectional, so nobody ends up perched on an ottoman.

👨‍🍳 The kitchen is built for people who actually cook. Deep blue cabinetry, quartz counters, a full stainless appliance package, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, a stand mixer, and enough counter space for three people to work at once without anyone apologizing. Dinner happens at a long dining table that seats ten, with counter-height bar seating for six more right behind it. Slide the doors open and the whole thing spills onto the deck. 🍽️

🎱 Downstairs is where the trip gets loud. A full game level with a pool table, LED shuffleboard, skee-ball, a stand-up arcade cabinet, and a chess table under a hand-painted mountain mural. Big leather sectional. Big TV. It’s a floor you can send the kids to, or lose the adults to. 🕹️

🧖 And there’s a cedar sauna. A real one, with a rock heater and bench seating. Seating enough for the whole group!

🔥 The primary suite has its own stone gas fireplace, a king bed, and an en-suite bath with a freestanding soaking tub. One more bedroom has a king bed, and another has a queen bed, wallpapered accent walls, and full-length mirrors. Then there’s the bunk room, with real wood twin-over-twin bunks and forest wallpaper. The kids will fight over which bed, not whether they have to share.

📺 Every single bedroom has its own smart TV. Every bed is made up with fresh linens and a real comforter, not a hotel duvet.

🌲 Outside

✨ The upper deck wraps around the back of the house with two dining tables, a Traeger wood-pellet smoker, and string lights overhead. Below it, you’ll find a covered patio with a wicker sectional and two hanging egg chairs.

♨️ Then there’s the yard. A six-person hot tub sits on its own pad, along with a gravel fire pit circle featuring eight Adirondack chairs around a large steel fire bowl. On a clear night with the fire going and the lights on, this is the part of the house people take pictures of. 🔥🌙

‼️ Important House & HOA Rules‼️

⚠️ Quiet hours are 9 pm - 7 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.
⚠️ If there is any loud excessive music that causes a noise complaint you will be fined $250 due to getting a complaint.
⚠️ Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the HOA. A $1000 fine will be charged if fireworks are lighten off at the home.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ No trash should ever be left outside at the property including on the balcony. The HOA is very strict and issues a $310 penalty if any garbage is left outside. All guests are required to dispose of their trash at the community dumpster.
⚠️ Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
⚠️Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.
⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for safe and comfortable access, as mountain roads can be snowy or icy. We do our best to have the driveway plowed, but weather can change quickly and conditions may vary. If a vehicle becomes stuck, guests are responsible for arranging and covering any towing or assistance needed.
⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).
⚠️ Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all trash before checkout. A $5 per bag disposal fee may apply for trash left behind. If you're checking out on a day the community compactor is closed, please plan ahead and take the bulk of your trash to the compactor the day before while it is open.

📌 Submitting a valid ID and signing our rental agreement after your reservation is confirmed is required for this property. If these steps are not completed, your reservation will be cancelled.
📌 A refundable security deposit is required for all one-night reservations and for any bookings made outside of Airbnb. For reservations booked through Airbnb, the security deposit is offered only as an optional add-on that guests may choose to include at the time of booking for extra damage insurance.
📌 For Airbnb reservations with a one-night stay, an additional damage waiver of $100–$200 is required. This waiver is requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center and provides coverage up to the amount paid. If any damage exceeds this coverage, the terms and conditions outlined in your rental agreement will apply.

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read 😊

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
📌For transparency, please know that our hot tub is professionally serviced after every reservation, and our tech team sends us time-stamped photos once the cleaning and servicing is completed — we keep those photos on file to confirm it’s been properly cleaned and ready for each new guest. Lastly, if you request any additional hot tub cleaning/service during your stay (outside of our standard post-checkout service), it will come with an additional fee and will be billed to the guest.
📌 A note on water appearance: To keep the hot tub looking and feeling its best throughout your visit, we recommend rinsing off before each use — lotions, sunscreen, and natural body oils can affect water color and clarity, especially with larger groups. This is completely normal and not a sign of poor maintenance. A quick rinse goes a long way toward keeping the water crystal clear for everyone to enjoy!
