Worth knowing before you book

✔ Multi-level townhome with three interior floors plus a rooftop terrace. Stairs are required between levels, and guests do not have elevator access.
✔ Quiet residential community — outdoor quiet hours apply 9:00 PM–8:00 AM
✔ Exterior security cameras monitor entry areas only; there are no interior cameras. A privacy-safe noise monitor measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations, audio, or video.
✔ Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 registered guests. Visitors and gatherings require advance approval.
✔ A refundable deposit or damage waiver is required at check-in, in addition to ID verification and a signed guest agreement.

Full private access to the entire townhome — no shared interior spaces, no host on-site. Smart-lock self check-in begins at 4:00 PM; instructions are sent through the guest app after booking.

Most guests use their own vehicle; Uber and Lyft are readily available given the central location.

Highway access: I-10 — nearby access · I-45 — a few minutes · 610 Loop — approximately 8–10 min

Host tips: Venue parking fills quickly, and rideshare surge pricing is common after major events. Expect extra traffic near Downtown and EaDo on event days.

Check-in & checkout.
Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available by advance request and may carry an additional fee.

Parking.
Private 2-car garage included. Additional street parking may be available, subject to posted signage, availability, and community rules.

Smoking & vaping.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and garage. Contact the host before smoking anywhere outdoors.

Gatherings. Parties and unapproved events are not permitted.
Small daytime gatherings may be considered with advance approval; fees start at $150. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM, and additional conditions are provided in the guest agreement.

Pets.
Pets may be considered with advance approval — $20 per night, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets and a total pet-fee cap of $300 per reservation. Please provide the number, breed, and approximate weight before booking.

Verification & deposit.
The primary booking guest must complete government ID verification and sign the guest agreement before access instructions are released. A refundable deposit or damage waiver is also required at check-in — full terms are in the guest agreement.

Mid-stay cleaning.
Optional mid-stay cleaning is available by advance request and may carry an additional fee.

Commercial photography.
Filming or photography for commercial use requires prior written approval.

House rules.
