Ideally located within a 10 minute walk to the Shaw metro, this single-level condo was just restored and tastefully furnished in an industrial vintage style. With many original features and woodwork from its over-a-century-year-old building still intact, the home is also just a few minute metro, drive, or Uber to all of DC’s monuments. With popular bars and restaurants just a short walk away, the home’s 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

•Bright and sunny, with skylight, exposed brick, and vintage charm
•Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, cookware and silverware. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances including gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and microwave, and Keurig machine with coffee pods.
•Convenient washer & dryer in home. Please bring your own detergent.
•Living room features a queen pullout sofa bed with memory foam mattress
•55” LED Roku TV with apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc.

•Built-in wall desk and shelving offers a convenient place to work if needed.

Guests have full access to the property. The backyard is shared with the other unit so please be respectful to our neighbors, but otherwise please enjoy!

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourselves in upon arrival with your own key code which works on both the front and rear door lock.

Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, this loft is a short walk from some of the capital's most iconic nightlife, outdoor patios, and top-notch brunch spots. The nearby Shaw metro will also make getting to the National Mall, monuments, and museums very easy.

The Shaw metro station is a 10 minute walk. In general, the neighborhood is very walkable and Uber’s and Lyft’s are also plentiful and a great travel option.

Parking: There is free 2 hour parking in front of the home during the daytime, and at night parking is free from 6:30PM until 9AM the next morning. Weekend guests can park for free on the street from 6:30PM on Friday until 9AM on Monday. For dedicated parking spots with guaranteed availability, we recommend a parking app like SpotHero (also available on the web). It helps you find close parking spaces at discounted prices in garages or surface lots.
