Important House Rules

Commercial Activity
Commercial use of the property is strictly prohibited. This includes professional photography, video production, content creation for commercial purposes, and any unauthorized business activities.

Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required before check-in.

Please note that security deposits cannot be paid by credit card.

July 4th Reservations
Bookings that include the July 4th holiday require an additional $500 security deposit beyond the standard amount. Fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited.

A $750 smoking fee will be charged, along with any additional costs for damage caused by smoke. If smoke odors result in the cancellation or relocation of a future reservation, the responsible guest will also be liable for those associated costs.

Failure to follow the house rules may result in a partial or complete forfeiture of the security deposit.
