If you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out, Baggage Bellhop is available onsite daily from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM for convenient luggage storage.

Please note that, because of our prime downtown location, occasional city noise, nearby events, construction, or temporary building amenity closures may occur.

Temporary closures or maintenance are outside of our control, and refunds cannot be issued for unavailable amenities.

Building Rules

Please understand that this building has a strict NO WARNINGS policy. Any fines issued by building management are charged directly to the property owner and will be passed on to the guest responsible. Security and building staff actively monitor the property.

🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including balconies, the pool area, courtyard, and sky lounge. $500 fine per occurrence.

🥂 No glass containers are permitted in the pool area. $500 fine per occurrence and immediate removal from the pool area.

🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST. $200 fine for each noise complaint during quiet hours.

🏊 Pool Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST. $100 fine per person for using the pool outside of operating hours.

🐾 No pets are permitted in the apartment. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 building fine, denial of access, and no refund for the reservation.

🚗 Lost or unreturned parking pass: $25 replacement fee.
