With 1650 sq. ft, the townhome has ample space for a family of 8 or is the perfect getaway for 3 couples. Entering though the large, double garage ensures you don't carry equipment any further than necessary after a day on the slopes. Once in the house, the stunning living area has a cozy gas fire, beautiful dining area and fully functioning high end kitchen. The master bedrooms are upstairs, with a king suite and a queen suite, both offering large ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas. Both have access to external decks, great for morning coffee or stargazing at night! Also on the upper floor is a large capacity washer and drier. The third bedroom, situated on the main floor, has double bunks and another beautiful ensuite bathroom. For additional sleeping there is a high quality sofa bed in the living room.
The home has central A/C, an increasingly sought after amenity in the summer in Park City.
The pool complex is one of the best in the area, and open all year. Sporting a 25 yard, heated, salt water pool, large hot tub, fire pit and fitness center which includes a sauna and changing rooms you will soon see why.
