Our home is a newly renovated, peaceful, clean, NO shoes 👞 👠 single story, one level house, siting on a beautiful garden lot with flowers, figs and lemon trees.
The space is updated with modern features and amenities - like brand new kitchen and bathrooms with LED-mirrors, smart Toto toilets and rain showers. It’s a private house and offers a beautiful outdoor flowering patio, dedicated office space and fast fiber optic internet.
The kitchen and two bathrooms are newly remodeled - with granite countertops, modern appliances, dishwasher, nespresso machine, LED mirrors, smart toto toilets with bidets, rain showers and skylights for plenty of natural light.
All three bedrooms + bonus office room are on the same level, no stairs involved.
The flowering patio with fig and lemon trees is peaceful and a perfect to enjoy a book or to start your day with a cup of coffee.

Paradise Park is an urban, diverse and centrally located residential neighborhood in East Bay - just across from San Francisco via Bay Bridge. It sits on the border with North Oakland, Berkeley and Emeryville.
The North Oakland/Berkeley/Emeryville neighborhood coveted by professionals, hipsters and families alike for its central location, cultural diversity, great climate and close proximity to UC Berkeley and a short drive to San Francisco.
This rapidly changing area checks all the hipster boxes: cupcakes, local great coffee shops, vegan donuts, a knitting shop, a lovely local beer brewery and underground intimate music concerts venue.
With all the bees, chickens, goats, and organic community gardens here, it should probably be dubbed Oakland Farms.
San Pablo Avenue, the main shopping street, is dotted with wonderful local cafes, breweries and businesses both long-established and newish, but there’s all the retail you can find across the Emeryville border. Walk, bike, or drive to Trader Joe’s, the Berkeley Bowl, and the upscale Bay Street shopping plaza with all the small boutiques, shops and movie theater.
Transitwise, it’s a snap to get to Berkeley, downtown Oakland, or San Francisco. The Ashby BART station is a 15-minute walk, and AC Transit buses run regularly along Sacramento and San Pablo, while express buses to and from San Francisco stop on Sacramento during commute hours.

We have a fully refundable standard credit card security deposit of $500 authorized via our guest portal on hospitable which is an Airbnb Preferred Authorized Partner. It’s placed 48 hours before check-in and released in full within 48 hours of check-out, if no damages are reported and all of our house rules are honored.
We hope to return your security deposit in full and we don’t charge for innocent small stuff like a broken plate or a glass.
We charge if there is a damage or if there is a violation of our house rules like max occupancy, no pet policy, no parties, no gatherings, no smoking etc.
In rare incidents of severely damaged property including but not limited to an artwork, you might owe more than your deposit is worth.
By booking our home, you agree to authorize the temporary security deposit credit card hold via our management software Hospitable, Official Airbnb Preferred Authorized Partner.
HEADS UP: There is a construction project in one of the neighbors that we have no control over. It might or might not be going during your stay since sometimes they are gone months in a row waiting for permits. If they are here, they start after 8 am and usually wrap up before 4 pm. With all windows closed it’s a very minimal issue. If you have music on, you can’t hear them.

Our property is a pet-free and smoke-free environment, and we use mostly organic, natural, and harsh chemical-free cleaning supplies. Bedding is 100% cotton, and we use scent-free laundry wash pods. However, we cannot guarantee that our property is free from allergens, including but not limited to dust, pollen, or other potential triggers.
While we maintain thorough cleaning protocols, we do not provide specialized allergen-free environments. By booking, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for managing your allergies and that we are not liable for any allergic reactions or related issues during your stay. Please carefully assess the suitability of our property for your needs before making a reservation.
ESSENTIALS:
For longer stays, we provide a STARTER PACK of essentials ( since we give a a 15% discount). Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items they may need as described in our listing. You can use instacart to order whatever you need for yourself and they will deliver it to you.

You are welcome to use our laundry and refresh your own sheets and towels or hire our cleaning service for $150. Ask for scheduling.
OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE:
Camera 🎥 installed outdoors monitoring parking lot and long path point of entry. Recording video and audio 24/7, motion triggered. Do not disable cameras or reservation will be cancelled and you’ll be asked to leave immediately with no refund + $2500 fine for disabling security system.
