Getting around
You can easily walk the property. Others prefer to rent a golf cart from a third party - Hot Rods Golf Cart Rental. They will drop off the golf cart at the unit.

1st floor - 1 living room w/ queen sofa sleeper, 1 full bath, 1 small bedroom w/queen bed
2nd floor- Main living room, w/ queen sofa sleeper, Kitchen, 1 full bathroom
3rd floor - Two bed rooms with king beds and one full bathroom

Boat slips are rented separately through the marina. The use of the boat ramp is free.

Beautiful and spacious house with lots to do for everyone. Amazing location with pool and lake right behind the house! Lots of extras! Kids loved to stroll around with the bikes and use the kayaks at the lake! We got to cook and have meals with the family at the spacious kitchen! Loved our stay!

Beautiful space with everything our family needed. Comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of bedding and blankets, fully stocked kitchen and very clean. Great place for a family getaway. Our teenagers loved the lagoon, pool and bikes, walking around the property and watching the sun rise and set on the jetty. Damaris was very responsive and friendly.

We have stayed in many AirBNBs, hotels and resorts and by far Damaris’ home was spectacular. Location was central and close to everything. The home itself was spacious and spotless overlooking a wonderful pool and lagoon. Damaris was always available for all my questions and responded quickly. We lived it and will be returning soon.
