Three level townhome.
1st floor - 1 living room w/ queen sofa sleeper, 1 full bath, 1 small bedroom w/queen bed
2nd floor- Main living room with sofa sleeper, Kitchen, 1 full bathroom
3rd floor - two bed rooms, one King and one queen bed. 1 full bathroom.

Boat slips are rented separately through the marina. The use of the boat ramp is free.

Overall this was a great place - great location, cold AC, lots of towels and tp (unlike most other AirBNB's I've stayed at!), a beautiful lagoon my children and I swam in and the community jetty was amazing. We were able to essentially walk out into the middle of the ocean and watched a few sunsets this way, was truly epic. Hosts were super friendly, responsive and accommodating. We absolutely would stay here again!

This place was absolutely fantastic! It was very clean and had a lot of amenities. I loved how thoughtful the owners were when leaving comfort items for us like beach towels and coffee & coffee filters. They were very responsive for everything and were the perfect hosts! We loved our stay!

The house is GORGEOUS and exactly as shown in the pictures. It comfortably fit our family of 8 without feeling like we were piled up on top of each other. The lagoon is fun to swim in; I will note that there is algae/moss build up, but if that bothers you, you can always use the pool that is right next to the property. The check in process is extremely easy and straight forward. The property manager is amazing and quick to respond with issues or questions; both before and during the stay. The gated community gave me a sense of comfort with letting my older children roam a bit without supervision. The gate guards are awesome and very dedicated to their work. All around this was a great place experience and I hope to rent another property from them in the future!
