• Parking is available in the driveway only. Per HOA regulations, street or turnaround parking is not permitted at any time.

• For guest safety, Kind Oak Lake House has exterior security cameras monitoring the front of the house and driveway. No cameras are located inside the home.
• Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens
