Wake up at the water’s edge at Edgewater Escape, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the shoreline of Table Rock Lake in Kimberling City, Missouri.

This is the kind of place where mornings start with coffee on the balcony and a view through the trees toward the lake. Boats move across the water, the shoreline is just outside, and there’s no need to rush into the day. Spend the afternoon boating, fishing, swimming, exploring Branson, or doing absolutely nothing. Come evening, fire up the grill, pour a drink, and settle back in as another day on Table Rock Lake winds down.

And when you’re ready to get out on the water, Port of Kimberling Marina is just minutes away for boat rentals, lake access, and everything you need for a day on Table Rock.

THE CONDO

Edgewater Escape has an open, comfortable layout designed for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light, a large wraparound sectional, and Smart TV. It’s an easy place to stretch out after a day on the lake, watch a movie, or stay up talking long after everyone said they were going to bed.

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need when you’d rather cook than go out. There’s counter seating for four, a dining table for six, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers because vacation mornings deserve options.

Just beyond the living area, step onto your private balcony overlooking the wooded Table Rock Lake shoreline. There’s outdoor seating and a grill, making this one of our favorite spots in the condo. Have breakfast outside, grill dinner after a day on the boat, or simply sit for a while and enjoy being this close to the lake.

TWO PRIVATE BEDROOM SUITES

One of the best features of Edgewater Escape is the privacy the bedroom layout provides.

The king suite features a king bed, 50" Smart TV, direct deck access, and a spacious private bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

The second suite offers a queen bed plus a queen sleeper sofa, making the condo comfortable for up to six guests. It also includes a 50" Smart TV, private bathroom with tub/shower combination, and its own wet bar with mini refrigerator and drip coffee maker.

It’s an especially nice setup for two couples or a family that appreciates having a little extra space.

RIGHT ON TABLE ROCK LAKE

Part of what makes Edgewater Escape special is the location. You’re staying in Rocky Shores in Kimberling City, directly along Table Rock Lake rather than simply being somewhere “near the lake.”

Spend your vacation boating, fishing, swimming, visiting nearby marinas, discovering local restaurants, or making the short drive into Branson, Missouri for shows, attractions, shopping, and entertainment.

When you come home, you have access to the community’s seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

You get the laid-back atmosphere of Kimberling City and Table Rock Lake while still being within easy reach of the Branson area.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

We want you to know the important details before you arrive so there are no surprises.

Edgewater Escape is a walk-down condo requiring 16 steps to reach the entrance.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be displayed.

A washer and dryer and portable crib are provided in the condo.

The community outdoor pool is seasonal and is generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Community amenities are managed by the HOA, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Bringing a boat? Boat-trailer parking is available in the designated trailer area with the required trailer pass. There is no boat launch, courtesy dock, or overnight boat slip at the condo. Port of Kimberling Marina is the closest option for launching and marina services.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY PARKING RULES

Rocky Shores has specific vehicle and parking requirements that all guests must follow. HOA fines resulting from violations are the responsibility of the guest.

• No dually trucks
• No oversized vehicles
• No commercial vehicles displaying signage
• Vehicles may not back into parking spaces
• Bumpers and hitches cannot extend over sidewalks
• Parking passes must be completed and displayed at all times
• Nothing may extend above a truck bed or vehicle, including kayaks or toolboxes
• Only boat trailers are permitted in the designated trailer parking area
• Boat trailers must display the provided yellow-circle trailer pass
• Vehicles may not park in the designated boat-trailer area
