The top-level also contains two queen bedrooms, an office/4th bedroom & a guest bathroom that has a single vanity with a large shower.

The bottom level is the ultimate vacationer's dream including a wet bar, sauna, and a pool table. Take a dip in our brand new 6-person hot tub after a long ski day or hike, plus enjoy the fresh mountain air with many outdoor areas to enjoy a BBQ.

Street parking is NOT permitted in our neighborhood and very strictly enforced due to street sweeping and snow removal. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars and another car in the garage.

The town is very bike-friendly, and walking is enjoyable in the warmer months with scenic neighborhood roads and trails nearby. Ride-share services are available but limited at times, especially during peak seasons, so having a vehicle is recommended for maximum flexibility.
