The home offers panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee's Broads and the surrounding mountains from nearly every level. Set on a peaceful street, the property strikes a genuine balance between true waterfront seclusion and easy access to the area's year-round adventure.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room offers a smart TV, a large plush sofa, and an indoor fireplace, with expansive windows that keep the lake and mountain views close throughout the day.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for real cooking — high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, and a generous island with high seating. A Keurig coffee maker covers the mornings.

Mount Major Trail is just eight minutes away for one of the area's best panoramic hikes, and Gunstock Mountain Resort offers year-round recreation from skiing to zip-lining a short drive out. The BankNH Pavilion hosts major touring artists, and Weirs Beach & Boardwalk covers classic lakeside fun with mini-golf and boat tours.
