THE GAME ROOM
The converted garage doubles as an entertainment hub — heated and cooled year-round — with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, a Pac-Man arcade console, Nerf basketball, giant Connect Four, and cornhole. The kids (and adults) will never want to leave.

ON THE WATER
Your private pier is steps from the back door. Kayaks and life vests are provided for all guests. A Pontoon is available to rent (signed waiver required). Please note the dock path has a moderate slope and steps; assistance may be needed for young children or guests with limited mobility.

We love pets! Up to two dogs are welcome (no aggressive or oversized breeds; yard is unfenced so leashes are required outdoors). Dog crates, bowls, and waste bags are all provided. A $75 per-pet fee applies per stay. An additional $50 cleaning fee applies.

HOUSE RULES
• No unregistered guests, events, or parties — quiet residential neighborhood
• Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am (HOA enforced)
• Exterior security cameras monitor driveway, lakeside, and dock only
• Rural lakefront setting — occasional insects are normal; professional pest control on-site
• Violations may result in cancellation without refund
