TIMES
🕓 Check in anytime after 4pm. Checkout by 10am.
⏰ Early check-in or late checkout: available with advance notice when no other guests check in or out that day. 25% of that night’s rate for up to 3 hours, 50% beyond that.

THE HOUSE
🐾 No pets
⚡ All-electric home with an electric fireplace and no gas appliances, so there is no carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
🍳 One oven and two refrigerators
♨️ The grill is park-style charcoal, not gas. Bring charcoal and a lighter.
🪜 Stairs lead to the upstairs and downstairs. Two king suites are on the main level.
🧴 Starter supply of toiletries, paper products, dish soap and laundry detergent. Longer stays or bigger groups may need more.
🏖️ Bath towels provided. Bring your own pool and lake towels. Some lake towels are often in the bunk room closet, but we can’t guarantee them.

POOLS AND LAKE
💦 Pools are seasonal and run by the HOA. Hours and maintenance can change without notice.
⚓ Boat slip: proof of watercraft liability insurance is required before use. You’re responsible for marina rules and any damage your watercraft causes.

PAPERWORK
📝 Our property insurance requires a short rental agreement before arrival.
🛡️ We strongly recommend travel insurance for illness, severe weather, travel delays or other events beyond the owner’s control.

SECURITY
📷 Ring cameras are on the exterior of the home, facing away from the entrances. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

USE OF PROPERTY
🏠 For vacation and leisure stays only. No commercial equipment, construction materials, work trailers, or heavily soiled work clothing or footwear inside. Unusual cleaning or damage beyond normal residential use is charged to the responsible guest.
