Come enjoy Lake Martin and visit this beautiful home that sleeps up to 13 people. Only 35 minutes from Auburn University, Downtown Opelika and more! It's convenient location in Dadeville, AL gives you the best of both worlds for Game Day Weekends in Auburn!

Six bedrooms boast 1 king-sized bed, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 set of twin over full-sized bunk beds. Perfect for multiple families to enjoy quality time together in the open concept living area, screened-in porch and walk-off patio. The large deck, floating dock and beach area make a great way to entertain, relax and just be together with your friends or family.

Walk outside to the incredible view of Lake Martin from either the screened-in porch or the open-air back patio that is adorned with comfortable seating for lounging as well as a couple of dining areas. Even the kids have their own foldable picnic tables!

Make your way off the back deck to a grassy area between the house the waterfront. Perfect for throwing a football, playing corn hole or just letting the kids run around! Indulge in the private beach area with a firepit and chairs that make for the best place to watch others playing in the water.

A private boat ramp is right on the property and available for use by guests. Bring your own watercraft and secure it to the dock right on the waterfront of the property. Please note the boat lift is not available to guests.

For an additional cost, guests can obtain access to the activities shed with life jackets, kayaks, floats, coolers, and more.

For your security and the security of the property, video cameras are located on the front and back of the property. Each camera is audio capable as well.

A digital lock allows non-contact, easy access for all guests.

Please note that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any parties, extra guests (beyond the reserved amount) and broken house rules. The property is NO SMOKING. You will be assessed a $500 fee for smoking inside. Our properties are closely monitored for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community.

We had a great visit to this location! There are some winding roads, so if you are arriving at night, just keep driving, your almost there! I do wish I told our host that we were arriving at night and to turn some lights on, as its pretty dark when arriving after sunset!We woke up to amazing views of the lake and a sunrise! The house was clean and tidy, and needed everything we would of used at home to cook meals. Ample space to spread out on the massive kitchen island! No Kuerig, but a full coffee pot and they did have filters on site (which we didnt bring), and that was the only hang up. Got the grill working out back and fired it up for steaks and kabobs, and even was able to start a small firer for s'mores in the firepit! If you need anything the nearest Publix is about 25 minutes away, but there is a small grocery mart on the corner if you need any staple items. The place worked out great for a long gameday weekend and hope to use it again in the next couple years! I do wish that the watersports/equipment fees were an option up front to pay and what was included with it... But we know for next time!

The host was very helpful and answered all my questions immediately!! The house was awesome it was big enough to accommodate our entire family and grandchildren. The lake is beautiful and the deck out by the pontoon boat was great for hanging out in the evenings. Our grandchildren loved the sandy beach area. The screened in porch was also very nice!! We had a great time and hope to return next summer!

We stayed here with our family for a weekend, and had a great time. The house was absolutely perfect for kids and adults. Everything was nice and clean. Great swimming and playing for kids with dock and beach area. In a great location. Mary was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
