As you step into this stylishly furnished retreat, you will immediately notice the stunning view of Lake Naomi and the trees and woods that surround it, through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There isn't another house on the other side of the lake so all you see is nature.

Cook together in the brand-new kitchen with new appliances. Condiments, coffee, Keurig pods, tea, EVOO, paper towels, napkins and spices provided. Just bring perishable food. Top-of-the-line appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, sleek oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee systems, and a coffee grinder filled with Lavazza beans, sharp knives, a Vitamix blender, toaster, Cuisinart food processor, a microwave, and a top-of-the-line Weber grill. Whether you're a gourmet chef and appreciate premium All-Clad cookware or a novice cook, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks.

The main living area beckons with plush sofas and an armchair, perfect for sinking into after a day of exploration and activities. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and unwind in front of the large smart TV, offering endless entertainment options for cozy nights in.

The 4-season sunroom with windows on 3 sides is a second gathering area for TV watching, conversation, games, or remote work. A sliding glass door separates it from the main living area, providing sound privacy with a view of trees, the backyard, and the lake.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area awaits, with ample seating for enjoying meals together with family and friends.

When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of 5 cozy bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary and a mobile phone charging station. Sink into premium mattresses dressed in sumptuous down comforters, and drift off to sleep enveloped in comfort. On the first floor you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a room with two twin (bunk) beds, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. On the second floor is another queen bedroom.

When you're ready to unwind, step outside on either of two private decks, play a game of ping pong, grill fish or steaks on the Weber grill, soak up the sunshine, or savor a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking views. Spacious outdoor dining tables and string lights give you reason to linger after dinner. Saunter down the flagstone path to the hot tub for a dip (year-round) or relax by the lake with a blazing fire in the fire pit (we provide firewood). A large private sandy beach with loungers and sand toys, a dock with a picnic table, kayaks, a canoe, a rowboat, fishing poles, and a large grassy lawn for outdoor games are among the features that await you.

The house includes 2 full bathrooms (one on the first floor and one on the second floor) with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided. There is a separate laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer.

All renters MUST abide by the Lake Naomi HOA code of conduct. Inquire if you are interested in a Temporary membership to Lake Naomi Club (pools, clubhouse, tennis, pickleball, golf, kids club). A limited number are available for Saturday to Saturday stays.

Rental requirements:
We welcome adults 25 years or older (or traveling with their families) and require a signed rental agreement, including a copy of your government-issued ID, to fully confirm your booking. Township Registration #- 015712. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
