The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

If you are looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place directly on the Gulf with all the amenities, you have made a smart decision in choosing unit #16 any season of the year.

Unit #16 is located in the middle pod of the pool level where you will walk directly out onto the pool deck from your patio door and see a beautiful white beach and sparkling blue water. This unit has a gorgeous king sized bedroom suite with an attached (one of two) private bath. It has a comfy queen sized sofa bed in the living room and two bunks in the hall to comfortably sleep six. You will also find a well equipped kitchen with granite cabinet top and bar so meals can be made or you are only steps away from the covered customized charcoal grilling area. There are also seafood restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Two TVs and wireless internet are also furnished. Don't forget to enjoy your balcony view of the sunset and sparkling blue water.

My wife and were blessed to spend 19 winters in unit 16. For health reasons I was unable to return since the 2020. So being able to return for a few days brought back a lot of old memories. Unit 16 is a great unit. Great location. Very comfortable. The view is incredible. Latitude 29 is a jewel on Panama City Beach Helen was great and so was the staff. Thanks Carroll

The stove and refrigerator badly needs replaced. The mattress in bedroom could stand to be replaced. Upgrade the decor to make more inviting. Shrubs were removed from pool area in front of patio and there are only rocks now. Why does stinky sprinkler come on twice in mornings watering the rocks? Issues with pool during our stay. Location of condo still fantastic and overall, we enjoyed our stay

Overall fine. Great Location. Had 5 remotes for 2 TVs. Very confusing. Never did get the bedroom TV to work. Similar problem last year. Simplify TV operations. Outside patio with patio furniture was filthy and had pills of dirt and dead bugs all over. Sliding screen door did not slide at all. Some mold in small bathroom shower. AC filter very dirty.
