In winter, 4WD or AWD is required to reach the home, as the mountain roads can be steep and snow-packed. Day trips to Taos, Red River, Taos Ski Valley, and Santa Fe are all within easy driving distance.

• The home runs on a septic system, so please flush only toilet paper.
