This gorgeous townhome and private courtyard in historic Savannah is located in the beautiful Crawford Square area. You will be surrounded by locals and fellow visitors. It is within walking distance of all that this quaint town has to offer. It is a ½ mile to busy Broughton Street, home to numerous shops and restaurants. In addition, there are plenty of charming restaurants and unique shops throughout the square mile of historic Savannah.

The space
This beautiful 3 story townhome is the perfect place for you to enjoy the treasures of Savannah and the pleasures of exquisite accommodations. The main level features a cozy living room with electric fireplace and large Smart TV running YouTube TV for live channels, as well as Roku channels. The well-equipped kitchen has an island with room for 4 to sit and enjoy a meal. A wet bar with wine refrigerator awaits you and your guests. This 1st floor also includes a dining room and ½ bath. Step outside from the kitchen to your private outdoor courtyard for a day of sunshine or an evening by the gas firepit. Take a walk or ride the elevator to the 2nd floor which hosts a master bedroom (King bed) with huge walk-in closet and gorgeous full bathroom with double sinks and enormous shower. Proceed up to the 3rd floor where you will find 2 more great bedrooms. One with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Unpack your belongings in the full-size closets and feel at home in your new happy place. Both of these bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, which run live TV through YouTube TV as well as Roku channels. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the 3rd floor.

Parking
Guests have access to 1 private parking spot located in the garage behind the home. Additional free parking is available in front of the home and nearby parking is on-street and metered. Guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs
